By accessing or using BitVoices (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BitVoices. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bitvoices.com of any unauthorized use of your account. BitVoices will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content on BitVoices, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You are solely responsible for content you post and must ensure it does not violate applicable laws or our Community Guidelines.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that harasses, threatens, or demeans others
• Spread misinformation or knowingly false content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform to spam or engage in unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

6. Intellectual Property

The BitVoices name, logo, and Platform design are owned by BitVoices and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BitVoices does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitVoices and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
